I'm a retired Irish lady with a well documented taste for G&Ts, especially Tanqueray 10, alas no longer to be found on board Virgin Atlantic flights. I'm mother to Aer John who is at university in the final year of a four year course and has just finished eight months in Dublin on work placement. Although back in Cork he still comes home at weekly intervals bearing his laundry!
I love travelling especially on Virgin Atlantic and Aer Lingus gets a fair bit of my custom to enable me to connect. I've even been known to fly Ryanair!

Swithering, eh....always happy to be reminded of the richness of our native tongue . My late dad could recite many a Lancashire dialect verse, and when just looking the topic up on google I realise I've forgotten so much - e.g. that Westhoughton was actually known and regularly referred to as Keawyed City. About the only remnant is that when I get together with my brothers I lapse into "loooking at booooks", much to my offspring's delight...

In case I forget later have a great trip. Leave some "HL woz here" markers in NorCal and I'll track them down in August.
I'll miss the traditional "Greetings from the CH" message tomorrow as we're doing a round trip to Manchester to collect the Less Favoured One after her first year at Uni.

Hmm. makes you wonder the worth of having a TSA Lock doesn't it... I had a previous Rant about last weeks TSA lock being "removed" from Mrs NH's case. Turns out now after completely emptying it it had been chucked into bottom of the case undamaged...

i've checked which aircraft is operating todays VS075 Manchester to Orlando on various other databases also on live flightradar and they all say G-VGAL,only on here does the flight say G-VROY for some reason
