bmi LHR domestic Q

Postby McMaddog » 18 Feb 2011, 11:08

Hi,

Last time I flew bmi domestic there was a separate, segregated departure lounge at T1. Looking at the maps now I can't see any evidence of it. Assuming international and domestic are now mixed am I free to use a Priority Pass lounge now?

BMI have a nice new lounge in terminal 1 which we've used for domestic connections (right next to gate), haven't actually tried using the PP, but plat amex gets you entry.

NH
Soon to move "down south"...

Whilst international + domestic pax use the same main security now in T1, the domestic gate area is still sepetate. Domestic pax have to go through the secondary check point where you are matched to the photo they take of you as you enter main security.

I guess you can use lounges in the international departure area but you would need to leave yourself enough time to get through to domestic departures.
