So I'm merrily working my way up towards BA AG status (which incidentally is no mean feat just hopping backwards and forwards to Belfast - one of the few times it might happen based on sectors flown rather than TPs).

One of the advantages of course is lounge access, but I'm getting the impression from reading posts over on FT that there's no option to pay to take children in when flying on holidays (thinking LHR and LGW mostly). Are there any definitive rules on this, or is it entirely at the discretion of the lounge dragons?

I know I bitch from time to time about VS charging 30 quid for my 6 year old to spend time in the CH, but now I'm starting to think that I might actually be doing alright there. Especially when I read about GGLs with a wife and 2 kids being turned away... what chance would a lowly AG have...

Thanks
RC
