It is a tragic about the death of the two pilots, by the sounds of it though there is not enough evidence to substantiate the kind of accusations that are being made... suspicious and worth investigating any common factors, yes... Let us sue everyone we can, no v(

Agreed this is the Daily Mail...

However, a brief scan of PPRuNe will show that many take this issue extremely seriously, but the impacts of recognising the issue and seeking resolutions would be very expensive indeed.

Whilst designing the 787, Boeing actually went about the air flow a different way - perhaps wondering whether this issue would force change in the future.

The BAE146 is well knolwn for this issue...a quick search of AvHerlad will show how frequently such issues arise.
