It's a nice little clip, but I still don't want to fly with BA.

I don't understand why her son didn't just book a flight to see his mum?

I prefer the (very) old ones with the face made up from people

I get that! But if BA is appealing to others like him, how do they expect them to pay for a seat?

If it was a reality show it would have been great but as an ad it does nothing for me
