I've reserved a 4 hour slot in a cabana today for our outward flight to HKG next January ( essentially so I can have a leiurely shower pre-boarding).
Anyone here any experience of using one and if so any pointers
?
Many thanks.

They aren't bad, but have heard that they have removed the internal doors in a few (no privacy if using as a couple). two halves, shower and toilet side, and TV and chair/chaise side.
They are good for a shower but unless you plan to sleep, you are just sitting in a small box.

Unless you really want to be shut away, I don't really see the advantage over just getting a shower in the spa. (I'm assuming that's still possible.)

Thanks for the replies- yes you can still use the showers in the Spa but I wanted something a bit more private within the lounge ( and Mr DL will probably have a little snooze
).
I'll keep the reservation as we'll probably have a few hours to while away in there...

Get a bottle of LPGS from the bar to take with you. They are a bit grim to be honest-look for the dust on the fake flowers! The Virgin UC lounge is much better than the CCR except CCR has better champagne. They are like a bathroom in a premier inn- certainly not luxurious.
