For the last week whenever I log on to the BAEC via ba.com I get a reminder to confirm my email and mobile.

I do this and tick the box to confirm them, but next time I log on it appears again. It is getting annoying now :(!

Is anyone else having this problem?

Oh thank God I thought it was only us having problems with BA & Passwords etc.!
I got the "Update your password" email and did as I was told immediately with no problem at all. Then tried to do husbands (15 times and counting now) rang BAEC and told because of the volume of people all over the world trying to do it that was the problem (I had just struck lucky when I did it apparently)and to keep trying.
That was last week - Still trying, get into his account using old log on and password no problem, try to change password using log on I had just used and password I have just used and told they were not valid!!!
Will give it another go on Monday and if no joy will ring them yet again.
