Who do BA use to clean their planes ? I might try and get Mrs B a part time job with them ,she's a wizz with damp jay cloth

That is gross, lesson here is not to lower the foot rest, keep it at the normal hight :o) , but I have seen much worse on other airlines, including Virgin...

Dosent matter what class the cabin is it should be clean. This is not just a BA problem I had dirty seats on many different airlines and on my last VS flight I was given a quilt which was wet and due to no spares had a night flight without any cover

Even the hot towel I tend to use on most flights to clean my seat etc wouldn't make much difference here!
