Looking for some BA knowledge.

If I book a BA flight EDI - DUB, there are a few options.

Direct with Aer Lingus

Or indirect with BA. The indirect options are EDI - LHR - DUB or EDI - LCY - DUB

Does anyone know if the indirect flights are given tier points as per Deltas indirect i.e. Tier points for EDI - LHR and LHR - DUB or is it just one amount.

Many thanks

Those flights will be awarded separately. BA will treat a route as one flight if the flight number is the same on both sectors. EDI-LON and LON-DUB won't have the same flight numbers
