Can be a few days, can be a case of sending in your stubs. Bit of a grey area is partner credits. My last Bmi flights took about 3-4 days to credit. You are advised to wait 6 weeks before contacting VS for miles claims, when did you take the flight?

Thanks,
Sarah

Ah, this is interesting as I will be flying BMI mid March to get 2TP's. These points make my Au renewal at the end of March so I hope there will be no problems!

Alex, all you can really do it wait, and then send the stubs off to VS if they have not appeared after a few weeks if they dont credit automatically.

AC - if the tier points count towards renewal then VS will honour this, you have the stubs as proof so if you mail them in recorded delivery then call CS/Premier, one of the staff there can manually credit you once they have seen proof that you took the flights. I've had them do this over the phone before.

Thanks,
Sarah

Ah, I didnt realise you were so close to the end of the FC year. Great result though, I find CS really good in this area.

Alex - did you have any luck with this? My wife was also hoping to renew Au with an I class BMI fare...

Perhaps in this economic environment VS will be happy to waive 1TP to retain their Au passengers.

i have sent them an email still waiting for an answer. in the mean time i have had the miles and tp added to my account today
which i did not query with virgin so looks like they have been added via bmi.
even more confussing they have went back into my wife account again looks via bmi but says she has been downgraded to silver
with 31tp showing at the top of the page
