Hello

I hope you can help me, I have recently (within the last two days)used miles to obtain two reward flights with BMI.

My question is can I still manage my booking, choose seats etc as my Virgin issued E-Ticket doesnt work on the BMI website.

Your help will be appreciated.

In cases like this, there's usually two locator descriptions. VIrgin may call it WRDF2M but BMI may call it E4MB5J

Try ringing FC and ask for the BMI locator. Give them the Virgin one and it should be simple

Then use the BMI one on the BMI site
