Anyone done the Backstage tour?

We're thinking of going on the 7-hour backstage Disney tour:

Just wondered if anyone else has been on the tour, and what they thought of it.

Not done it but think we will give it a try when we are there in September. Will report back once we have been. Always been fascinated abotu the "behind the scenes" stuff at Disney[^]
