A friend on another forum booked thru VH to go to Orlando, on arrival at MCO met by VH rep and given the big red envelope giving them 'exclusive entrance' to the Harry Potter breakfast meet etc. at 7.30 next morning. The family turned up at 7am rep checked their Universal tickets and said sorry you didn't buy these thru Virgin so you can't take up this offer. Of course the children were distraught but friend was told on compaining that it was in the small print that to be eligable you had to buy your Universal park passes thru VH but if he would like to fork out the £165 at the ticket office (Universal's not Virgins)there an then they would allow him in!!! He had no choice at that moment so did so. Only later did it dawn on him that even buying the tickets 'there and then' he had again bought them thru Universal not VH's as required!!
He has written a letter of complaint to SRB and is now waiting to see if he gets a reply. Will keep you posted, but please be aware of this fact - we don't all read the small print sometimes.
