We are flying out to SFO in may on a A340-600 both ways any advice on best upper class seats please .....

As the link above says low K's or high As are the order of the day the main reason being that they face a wall rather than another passenger

Quite so, 9A being my favourite as it's optimal for peace and quiet (low Ks get more WC traffic IMO). I had to settle for 15K a couple of weeks back due to a very late booking out of JNB and it almost felt like I was sitting on a 333*, what with actually facing another person.

*Alright, it wasn't THAT bad...
