Just a quick note to say that full marks to NW for this and the return flight 10 days later (NW956). They upgraded us to 1st class because of our son (mentally and physically disabled)(without anybody asking!). Which not only meant we had wider seats but we were able to get our son to his seat whilst still in his own wheelchair! The flights left on time and were very smooth. The service was excellent and I must admit it was nice to get off of a plane and not to have to worry about customs and immigration[:D]
