Hugely useful set of free tools

Not exactly "travel" tech:D , however this site:

has an incredibly useful set of free and more importantly very clever/high-quality tools and utilities. For example, if you've ever used the "search" tool in Windows to look for a doc or file, it literally can run for 15-2o mins. The tool offered from this guy will complete the same search in 20 seconds.
