This may be of interest to any current QC2 owners.
I'm currently Stateside and whilst in Delaware I popped into the Bose store and tried out the newish QC15s (I can't get on with the QC3s). The sound quality (particularly bass) and noise cancelling compared to my QC2s was significant (I went and got them from the car) so I asked if they were offering the upgrade offer they've done with other models . Yes, was the affirmative for $89 (and no tax in Delaware either :D - Delaware is shopping Nirvana :D :D ).
Now, much as I have loved my QC2s over the years this seemed like a good deal (no faffing with Apple adaptors either).
So my faithfull old QC2s have gone and I'm now the happy owner of a pair of QC15s :).
Presumably the upgrdade is available in the UK too? ?|

I have to agree with you. I did the swap at the Bose store in NYC last month and at $89 plus $8 NY tax (under £60) for a brand it was IMHO a bargain.

Not sure if you can get the whole upgrade in the UK. A while back I tried to get replacement ear cushions here in the UK and was told they don't do them here.

Cheers

Martin
