Hi,

I am useless with computers, for the past 4 weeks, my laptop will not allow me to select dates on the Virgin website and some other sites. It will not forward to the next month or allow me to change dates. All other devices in the house are fine.
Laptop is a Toshiba Satellite C6700.

The page displays OK but will not let me look for flights.

Has anyone got any suggestions on how I can get round this. I have cleared cookies, history, etc. Still won't work

Any advice and help would be more than appreciated.

I presume you mean Microsoft Internet Explorer? If so What Version?

Have you run an good Anti virus programme with the latest updates on your laptop?

Download another browser such as Chrome or Firefox. Does it do the same?

If so then do an full virus scan and malware check.

It works on Chrome,
All updates done and all security stuff covered and checked.
How do I find out which Microsoft version I'm using? (told you I was useless)

If you click on 'help' or the cog symbol (dependent on version) and select 'about' internet explorer it should tell you.

I've had issues with Chrome and have had to delete and reinstall at times.

I'm back with Safari. Also have issues with Firefox.

IE is rubbish of late, even more so than normal. I cannot access ebay from it all of a sudden, no clue what has changed and as it works on Chrome I shall use that until IE fixes itself. It is common for me to have to use FF, Chrome, IE, for different things. Chrome is the most reliable but as a browser I really do not like it.
