What are the two orange balls on the central post of the windscreen? Looking through some pics on here ive notices the -443's have it but not the -4Q8's? A the time i thought it was just a fluffy dice type thing!? Otherwise i would of asked!

If I remember rightly this is to do with positioning of pilots seat. Adjust your seat until the white ball is hidden behind the orange one, then adjust rudder pedal to suit. This in turn puts the drivers in the same seating position, hence any parking guidance will place the aircraft in the right position (important in the old days, new parking guidance tells the crew which way to turn & when to stop).
