Parents just skyped to say they were on their way back from watching the golf at Sawgrass and stopped off at Flagler Beach to watch the launch. They weren't aiming to be close to see the launch- just stopped when it was time!

We went to Kennedy Space Center in June 2007 to see the launch of Atlantis, it was the best experience ever, apart from the 4 hour drive back to orlando

Missed this one; watched it on C-SPAN. Orlando was pretty cloudy so no chance from here. We were put off from getting to somewhere on the spacecoast due to traffic horror stories.
Saw Atlantis in 2009 - amazing; Last flight due in June?

What'll be good is if they start putting big rockets up again; boring rocket fact - just one of the Saturn V engines was bigger than all three of the orbiter's engines put together - and it had 5!
