Does anyone know approx what % of the overall fleet is now in the metallic livery?

Great picture, where was it taken from? Trying to work out what time of day Before 3.00pm I guess because of the Air Canada Fleet, but not too early. 1 VS 747, maybe on the 1, at least 1 330, (for the 9) so my guess is about 2.00pm...
