Sorry to be a pain but what are the power options in UC on the A340-300's? Is it just em-power (as it indicates on the web-site) or are there other sockets in the seat as well i.e. USB - 3-pin etc. Just trying to work out what leads I DON'T have to take.(they always end up looking like spaghetti in my flight bag :(! )

A limited number of adapters are carried on board for upper class which you plug your regular power lead into and then connects to the seat. Ask the crew for one after take off

I keep getting told off about the spaghetti wiring in my bag by heathrow security. US don't seem to mind. Working in IT tends to result in needing to take connectors for everything everywhere.

Bear in mind the VS adapters only supply lower-wattage - macbook pros are known issue. My work dell works fine though
