I was on the VS075 yesterday and had a really good flight. If I can squeeze in a TR with photos I will do! But I thought Vflyers might be interested in the latest UC menu on the following flights (it has just changed this month)

VS015, 049, 029, 057, 031, 087, 089, 097, 033, 083, 043, 951, 063, 065, 071, 073, 075, 077, 085, 093, 109, 119, 121, 125, 127, 163.

Green Thai Chicken kebabs with radish and ginger salad
Butternut squash salad with Israeli couscous
Organic tomato and basil soup

****
Roast rump of lamb with broad beans, spring pea and leek cassoulet
Roasted free range chicken with colcannon mash
Spinach and ricotta tortellini
Seared salmon fillet with crushed potatoes

****
Warm chocolate salted caramel pudding with double cream
Key lime pie

****
Cheese and port - Brie, aged Gouda, Cornish Blue

Extra Bites

Classic gourmet beef burger with chips, Smoked salmon blinis, Chicken tikka with rice and naan bread.
Sandwiches - smoked salmon, cream cheese and cucumber & chicken Caesar
Trio of cakes - Lemon drizzle, cookies and cream cupcake and tiffin slice
Warm scones with clotted cream and jam

Thanks

Jon

Hi Jon,

Thanks for posting that - I was just on the VS023 and the menu reads the same there too for the March cycle saying it applies to VS005, 117, 007, 023, 141, 019, 041, 103, 115, 105 and 107. Maybe menu used to be different but now that's normal as they are harmonising to cut overheads or perhaps they are carrying different drinks?

Cheers,
Tim

Thanks for that, Jon. Anyone got an idea on the VS011 offering - off to Boston next month. :-D

Jon

Thanks for this, although I appear to be in a minority as the menu does not entice me :-(

There are of course far more important aspects of the on board service and I hope that the FSM on my next flight is on the ball

I wouldn't worry about it, the menu is from a year ago ;-)

All being well, I will post the UC menu when I travel to Orlando on Thursday
