VS031 Timekeeping Question

Does anyone have information on why VS031 has been delayed so often in the last few weeks? Yesterday it was 2 hours 30 late departing and there have been similar delays recently.
Traveling out to St Lucia in late April, when the summer schedule has started. Hopefully this may improve reliability.

Any ideas?
