I'm guessing the answer is tough luck to this, however I need to book a UC journey from LAX-LHR on 18 May then LHR-SFO on 9 June. If I do this 'the other' way around I get the sale fares in UC, but because this originates from the US (I arrive in LAX from HKG on a different itinerary) the fare is about 1k higher. This one is holiday so it makes a difference ... do you think I could sweet talk FC Au or will the answer be that sale fares only apply to UK originating itineraries?
