If I move a UK-originating M-to-G upgraded segment, I know I expect to pay:
- £100 change fee
- Any change in the underlying M fare (usually zero on M fares).
If I move the segment date, and lose the upgrade (i.e. putting it back to M), I know I expect to pay the above, but what am I due back?
I would expect:
- mileage difference (assuming change is done in enough time)
- tax difference
- fees difference
VS CS seems to think I am only due the mileage back, but not the tax and fees.
Right? Wrong? If wrong, what should I say to make my point (no four letter words!)?
Thanks!
