V-Flyer

I'm trying to remember which aircraft I have been on in the past, but it would seem that the flight schedule section of the toolbox is no longer working for historical flights,
(bringing this error: Fatal error: Call to a member function execute() on a non-object in /home/customer/www/v-flyer.com/public_html/includes/toolbox/inc_flightschedules.php on line 225)

The flights I'm trying to find aircraft for are VS28 on 28/4/12, and VS27 on 28/4/14.
I know it's a long shot, but does anyone have any idea if the info i'm after is available anywhere else.

It is hard to spot the dropdown box that allows you to change the month for the data.
