V-Flyer

A question regarding luggage allowance on VS.
I received my eticket for my flights to MCO and was puzzled by the baggage allowance.
It shows for both outbound and inbound

"Bag Allow adult 2PC,2PC"

Does this mean 2 pieces of checked and 2 pieces of carry-on, or am I totally misunderstanding it

It depends on what cabin you are flying in?

The only cabin that allows 2 carry-ons is Upper Class, Premium and Economy are 1PC per person.

That's what I thought, but was just puzzled by the eticket.
We are flying PE both ways.
Last time i took a backpack and laptop bag without any problem.
