Okay. Have booked T redemptions in the absence of P's.

If I book exit row seats and then some P's turn up can I get a refund of the exit row seat fees?

The rules seem to say so - along the lines of refunds available if upgrading cabin.

Any experiences of this?

Yes you should get a refund for exit rows/extra leg room seats.

Yes you do , have done it several times but you need to ask for it and it takes ages to get back
