Ticket class

Where can I find the class my ticket is booked in? I've looked through MMB and can't see it anywhere, also looked at the e-ticket.

In MMB click 'View Receipt' all in there now.

Not quite sure why they don't include it on the email receipt. But on the plus side those old e-tickets they used to email were about 10 pages long when you printed it :-D At least the new one is shorter!

That is assuming your booking has not had a schedule change as if so the view receipt option is no longer visible

All of my bookings (and those of everyone else I know!) no longer have access to the "view receipt" button because it's obscured by the schedule change banner. Atrocious web design, cannot believe that after all these months basic fixes like this have not been looked at. I raised this particular issue on VS's Facebook page after Christmas and was told they are aware and it'll be fixed!

Fixed when ? They don't appear to be attempting to fix anything just creating additional system issues

The VS app does show you your ticket class (well at least the iOS version does).
