Just logged into my booking for October flying to Varadero to find I'm now flying the following day into Havana. Glad I didn't book the Sofitel at LGW yesterday which I nearly did!

No doubt another "computer glitch" Vs would like to blame
Crawley Towers needs to wake up and get a grip on how IT issues are impacting on customer satisfaction.
Many of us here would say Virgin's USP is the way in which it engages with customers - good staff are consistently bein g let down by an IT system inherited from Delta, which has been shoehorned to meet a need at a lower cost.

It does seem a bit off when you only find out about a change of day by checking yourself when other times I've been sent itinerary change emails for a 5 minute departure time change.
Something like that would really put me out as I tend to book an airport hotel for departure and arrival at the same time I book the flight 11 months ahead.
