Hey,

Just wondered do all seats not bought/selected when you book become available at checkin, I.E. if an exit row seat is prebooked it's £60 each way. If no one pre books this seat will it be free to choose during check in or will you still have to pay for it?

Thanks

F

I'm pretty sure you would have to pay for it.

You would have to pay if you selected the seat.

The only time I have ever seen the seat given for free was when, after boarding, it became obvious that the group that had selected the exit row had failed to make the flight. In that instance the CSM came through and asked a couple if they would mind sitting in the exit row because all the emergency exits needed to be manned.

If it was the very last seat to be allocated and you were the last passenger that needed to be allocated a seat then they would have to give it to you for free but otherwise it is charged for.
