Using point on Virgin America

Can anyone tell me if I can use my FC points on flights with Virgin America for flights between San Francisco and Las Vegas.
If I can use them, is the ratio 1:1.

Virgin America hasn't been a spending partner for a long time.
Delta is still a partner, I don't know if they fly SFO - LAS though.

DL don't operate many (if any) direct flights between SFO & LAS. Most seem to either connect via LAX or SLC.
