New Web Page unable to select Pay with Miles on Miami flight

Hi

I am looking to book a flight to Miami at the end of this year or early next. I am trying to check to see if there are any reward seats so I can use my points. However, when i try to do a booking the Pay with Miles and the Miles plus Money radio buttons are always disabled on the London -> Miami return flight.

Does anyone know if there is a reason for this or is there a fault on the web site. I have booked this route before using points and I have never seen this before.

For reward flights, seem to remember that you need to select the 'exact dates' button to complete the booking.

Not really sure why the miles+money button is there though because as long as you are logged in, the system will let you add miles to reduce the cost of any fare using the 'pay with card' option anyway?

I have been researching Miles plus Money flight to Miami recently (using the "within a week" search function) with no problems at all. I did not have to select the "exact date" button at any time. Just a thought but you have logged into your flying club account?

If any of the flights include Delta you won't be able to use MPM
