The security process was... fraught for my pal who encountered a sarcastic and pretty rude security agent.

All forgotten by the amazing service in the Boston Clubhouse.

What a welcome! My friend mentioned her experience at security and was told "Right. What I'm going to do is make you an amazing gin martini and you just relax"

It worked. Man I love Virgin.

NB: UC is overbooked. Was offered 100k miles or free UC rtn if I volunteer to be downgraded to PE. Hell yeah!

Pretty great. I've found VS inflight to be very consistent lately.

Fastest flight ever I think: 5 hours 18 minutes. Delays on departure and at Heathrow meant we landed 10 minutes after scheduled arrival time.

Boston Airport did not impress, either upon arrival or departure, unlike the rest of the city.
