VS Customer Relations - help please

This relates to a trip back in upper from LAS the other night which had some major tech issues, and there were some really poor decisions made by the captain and senior crew that I want to feed back to VS at the highest possible level - I would rather not just use the standard CS email address and get a simple cut and paste response - this needs proper attention.
I will post the details here as they make interesting reading, but I would rather give VS a chance to respond first.
