When will the next general sale be for Virgin Atlantic, does this happen in cycles or is it random?

Looking to book MAN-BGI for next April/May? Around £500 at the moment but wasn't sure if this was a good price or not?

Also with the A330 refurbs, is this just the upper class or the whole plane?

Re the A330 refits, it just the Upper Class cabin that is getting refitted with all the seats and the bar area being replaced.

The Premium Economy cabin is also getting a Wander wall in the galley between Upper Class and Premium Economy, but other than that the rest of the aircraft remains the same.

The A330 we flew on to BGI from LGW in June had the Wander Wall. It was replenished frequently and had a good selection of drinks and snacks. The bar area in Upper has been changed round so that instead of facing into Upper it faces into the wall at the rear of the cabin and people sitting on either end can look into Premium.

Don't suppose anyone knows what the standard economy fair is Man-Bgi? Its around £500 at the min but not sure if thats worth booking or if a good discount might be had if I wait for a sale?

I don't think you will get it much cheaper than that. I only fly LGW-BGI, but I would class £500 as a good fare and book it

Just plugged some dummy dates in for MAN-BGI (26th Apr - 3rd May) and it's now coming up as £468 in Economy, can't see it going any lower now!
