You will have the toilet directly infront of you and the galley noise and lights also. For that reason i avoid the front seats. I think you have to expect some distraction there...depends if you sleep light or deep!

Should not be too bad on a night flight but galley can be noisy on some flights and the hour before arrival the washrooms are very busy.
Weighing up the pros and cons I would still go for the bulkhead if I had the choice.

If I had the option then always go for them, take a good eye mask and put some noise cancelling headphones on with soothing music!

The danger with front row is that this is where they put babies. If no babies on board then you will be very pleased. If you have a screaming brat next to you all flight long you will wish you were at the back.
