VS15 - Yesterday

Wow... Glad I wasn't on this one... Took off from LGW and fumes reported as it approached Devon... Landed back safely then a few hours later VROM continued it's journey to MCO.

Unfortunately well into it's flight a baby took ill and has landed in Bermuda.

Thoughts are with the little one and hope they can all continue on safely later!!!

My brother was on one of the EZY flights into Manchester that was met by a number of airport fire engines. Later in the day I flew from Stansted to Amsterdam and the Captain made a point of mentioning that any slight burning smells could be put down to the effects of the storm dragging dust and debris from both the Sahara and forest fires on the Iberian Peninsula.
