Booked in December for LAX-LHR and understand I am eligible for chauffeur car transfer. Am I safe to assume that this is available on both the outbound and inbound flights and both to and from the airport? Is it acceptable to only go a short distance like to the Hilton at Heathrow or Hertz Rent-A-Car. I don't want to act like an entitled American (which I am probably am), but if the service is included I feel I should use it.

Any advice from the VS experts would be appreciated.

Regards,
Dan

It depends on the fare bucket your ticket is in.

Not all UC tickets get the free car. If it a Z or G booking then it isn't. And nor are tickets booked via DL.

But assuming you have an eligible ticket, yes you're entitled to a car on both legs and at both ends, and the journeys can be as short as you like.
