'View Receipt' on My Booking page

Hi all,

I've got an upcoming flight, and checked My Booking page online.

I noticed the View Receipt option wasn't available, and contacted Virgin. They said they knew it was down, and it would be back asap.

Does anyone else have this issue, and know how long it has been unavailable for?

Yes I have this issue as well. I haven't noticed until you mentioned it just now and I went to check!

It's been broken for at least a month, possibly more. Maybe twice during that period, I have had it re-appear and work, and then it goes away again.

Who knows when it will be fixed properly... probably the same time as the rest of the website issues *tongue in cheek*.
