Would anyone know the date (month and year) when the LGW 747-400's shall commence there fittings with the new uc suite, and what date they shall be completed???[?]

Firstly, welcome aboard.

Secondly, call me a jaded old cynic, but VS have singularly failed to meet any published timescales so far, and any specific date is likely to be wrong. Progress does seem to be picking up on the LHR 747 upgrades, but there are still the LHR Airbuses to do prior to getting round to the LGW 747s. VS are quoting Spring 2005 for completion, but it depends how things go.

Virgin at doing what most airlines don't do - that is listen to and learn from their customers. I think the reason why the time scales for UCS roll-out is taking longer than planned is because various changes and tweaks are been made to the UCS product from actual customer feedback
