I like the comments that follow about what would have happened if this occurred on an American or British airline!

.... it would have been diverted, everyone hauled off in cuffs, and after a multi-million dollar investigation, pillows would be banned from all flights.

... a full risk assessment, detailing instructions on how to lift a pillow safely ....

It was six years ago as an ad to show that Lufthansa offered pillows in economy. Talk about dredging up the past!!!
