Cold anyone tell me if I made a Virgin Atlantic P.E booking with Delta or Expedia can you log into "My Booking" with your booking reference from Delta or Expedia to choose seats? Flights MAN-LAS for July to August are cheaper than booking with Virgin Atlantic!

Yes, you can use MMB whoever you book with. You just need the VS PNR (six letters/numbers eg 4VDS3L) which you'll be given by whoever you book with.
