ESTA site problems

Anyone else having problems with accessing the official ESTA site? Or is it a problem with browsers at my end?
https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/Esta's out and need to renew urgently - been trying for two days
Is there another site that I can use that doesn't charge a premium?

It's working fine for me, I just updated my first night address without any problems (using Safari on an iPad).

Still cannot access that link on any machine, including Safari on iPad .... so frustrating

There have been a lot of posts on the Trip Advisor Air Travel forum about problems accessing the official website. You might want to have a look as people have been giving advice on what to do. I think it's a browser problem. I've been able to access the site with no problems.

It's working fine here using Chrome.
Try and open it up using a private browsing window, it could be something in your cookies/cache causing it.
I would not recommend using a 3rd party site, premium or not you're handing over your passport details and credit card to an unknown website, if I were in the business of identity theft that's where I would start harvesting details.
