I have to admit I have never been to BGI, but that being said it seems like a great service, but one question - why not include Upper Class passengers as standard on the list of freebies?

I would guess it's the same reason why Upper Class pax can't use either of the V-Rooms at LGW & MAN; because they are run by Virgin Holidays not Virgin Atlantic.

It's nice to see VH making some effort to be 'different' again - I rather liked the old 'Check In Chill out' service in the Carib resorts where VH picked luggage up and gave out boarding passes at the hotels during the morning and they even re-used that "check in and chill out" phrase in the news article .... maybe more to come from VH on restoring some of the special extras and we can only hope it spreads across to VS (I still miss the mini pack of Love Hearts just before landing, how sad am I?).

Love Hearts were definitely handed out on the VS138 on Saturday!

From experience it tends to be a bit hit or miss though.
