Novotel Excel and LCY

I stayed in the Novotel Excel last night as I went to the O2 to see Robbie Williams (argh!!). My room over looked the Excel entrance and I was right under the flight path for LCY. It was fabulous. Really good views of the aircraft taking off. I spent ages watching them out of the window. Nice hotel too, did what it said on the tin.

It's nice there in summer too, they have a patio area, overlooking the dock and you can watch the planes take off and land.
