Another landmark post

Well after eight plus years as a poster ( and having "lurked " for about a year before I had the courage to join) I'm hitting the 3,000 post mark .
Thanks to all for making this site the friendly community it is- it's been great to meet those of you that I have (both at the now defunct Riverboat Shuffles and elsewhere) and for the help and advice that have enhanced my jaunts over the years
