HEX Ticket

I moved my HEX ETicket from my iphone 5 to iphone 6 and now it reads "expired" any ideas what I can do?

If you have a twitter, they are quite good at replying on there.

As long as you have your confirmation code, the onboard crew can type it into their machines manually.

Thanks, dropped a line on the FB page. Seems my ticket is still active, if not on Tuesday I will buy another.
