Hi, newbie trying to change the gravatar. I can get a photo to show in the box on the control panel but when I submit it, it defaults to the original. Wondering if you need to have a certain amount of posts before you can change or if the photo is too big.

Finally managed to get an avata sorted thanks to a file compression site. Thanks for your help.
